- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Took my dog here to be euthanized this am. The actual procedure was quick and peaceful. The staff who greeted us was sweet and very compassionate. The doctor however, ZERO compassion and bedside manner. He didn't even introduce himself. He walked in, asked me to step aside so he could given my dog 2 injections and said he would be back in ten min. He came back, asked me to move out of his way, placed the IV and then gave my dog the final medication. He waited a minute, listened and said "I don't hear a heartbeat." ZERO bedside manner. Never apologized, never explained what he was doing. The price of the procedure was fairly inexpensive for the area however, you get what you pay for. This made the trauma from losing our sweet dog that much worse. NEVER again.July 13, 2017by rachel peterson
