- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Never got in. I've waited 4 months for an appointment. Something critical came up that I needed to reschedule. Was told I'd have to wait another 4 months. Really? I'm just trying to get a 15 min appointment to make sure a spot I have is not cancer. The staff answering the phone are very hurried and act like they're doing you a big favor to answer the phone. She never even asked if there's anything urgent or any consideration of if 4 more months is an appropriate time to wait. Is 8 months ok if the problem is melanoma? Will find a different doctor although I'm sure this practice is happy when they lose patients. They obviously have more than they want. Just say "we're not accepting new patients" and we won't waste each other's time! BAD EXPERIENCE!May 12, 2017by Nancy Illitch
