- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My first appontment experience was excellent. All of the staff from front office, technicians, optical and Dr. Handel were efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Focus seemed to be on providing good care and not on selling lenses and frames. My current frames are in good shape and the optical staff person merely tightened them to again fit snugly. I did notice, however, that they do carry a nice variety and selection of frames and can provide transition lenses for those needing to get new frames or lenses.
